Delivery Times

For orders shipped within the United States, the expected delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 working days. For orders to other countries, delivery is usually completed within one to two weeks. Please note that this information depends on the capacity of the carriers and that in exceptional cases the delivery time may be extended.

Additional Information

We ship only on working days (Monday to Friday). Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered delivery or shipping days. Once we have received your order, the processing time is typically 1 to 2 working days.

All deliveries are made via an insured and trackable courier service. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. In that case, delivery may be delayed by a few days; however, we will do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs (based on the total amount of your order):

• For orders under $10: $9.90
• For orders between $10 and $50: $4.90
• For orders of $50 or more: free

Shipping outside the United States

For deliveries outside the United States, additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These costs are borne by the recipient.
